Beautiful house with luxury rooms.

Location was fabulous with stunning views.

The place was amazing. Floor to ceiling windows and doors looking out to distant mountains. A few steps down to a huge pool set in private gardens. So incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our room and bathroom was really spacious. Loved sitting out on the balcony above the pool on dusk. Stunning. Staff were the sweetest. Also was 650 m from a Thai hot mineral springs place. Absolutely have to return to this place.

“Hideaway in Chiang Rai”

We stayed in the little house, just about 20 m from the main house. It was cosy and had everything we needed. We had great breakfasts over in the main house cooked for us each day. The pool is huge! We didn't swim as it was quite rainy, but it looked very clean. The location is near the Uni, and about 20 mins from Chiang Rai main area. This was good for us as we stayed over the Songkran period.

Beautiful property with kind staff - Jit was an absolute pleasure and made delicious breakfast while the host was very communicative through whatsapp and gave us recommendations on local things to do! We also loved the local dogs and will miss sun flower cafe just up the road. One of our favourite stays in Thailand!

“A true love to relax near the city”

The place truly exceeded my expectations, and I feel so fortunate to have gotten a room with a large balcony offering beautiful sunset views. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The interior of the house was stylish and designed for pure relaxation. The spacious grounds made it feel peaceful and private, with guests barely crossing paths. I’m deeply grateful for such a wonderful experience and hope to come visit again!

I really enjoyed my stay! The view is absolutely beautiful, with lovely palm trees and a breathtaking mountain landscape. The host was very friendly, and the breakfast (fresh fruit, good coffee and egg, Bread and jam etc) was great. The pool area is fantastic, featuring a nice pool (1.20 m deep on one side and around 1,90 m on the other side) along with comfortable sunbeds. My room was spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a balcony to relax on. The shared living room was also a nice touch. You can order Grab Food (food delivery) if you like. I had a wonderful massage at the nearby hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing. The International Meditation Centre is a 45-minute drive away, which is also quite nice! The Baan Dam Museum, also known as the Black House Museum, is about a 1-hour walk or just a 13-minute drive. Chiang Rai city and the Blue Temple are a 17-minute drive away. You can easily get a cheap/price-friendly taxi using Bolt or Grab (110 THB, which is a few euros). Overall, a fantastic experience!

“Great pet friendly stay”

The place had a big garden, the pets absolutely loved it! The area was nice and quiet. It was a nice, cosy place to stay. The pet friendly house is isolated from the main house, so you get a lot of privacy. Its across the street from the main property. You can go get breakfast at the main house. The breakfast was great and there is also a nice pool you can chill at, and you can take your pets with to breakfast and they can run around freely in the huge yard. The host was very friendly and kind, and took good care of us.

Everything. This is the perfect bed and breakfast. Spacious, beautiful, quiet, personal, yet private. We extended our stay to one week, and would have liked to stay even longer.

“The most amazing place after 1,5 month travelling”

This bed & breakfast is the most beautifull B&B I have ever been to. When the owner opened the door to welcome us, we couldnt believe how big and beautiful the house was. The pictures dont do justice to how amazing the place is. The bed is kingsize and very comfortable, the airconditioning works perfect, the balcony and the outdoor area with the swimmingpool is a dream and we even had a bath! The owner of the B&B is soooo kind and has such a good vibe. She gave us very good tips and really did her best to make our stay comfortable. We extended the stay just because I wanted to enjoy this B&B more :) I could stay here forever, I loved it so much. Best place so far after travelling 1,5 months in Thailand.

“Epic”

Originally I only planned to stay for 2 nights, but I ended up staying for 4, wish I could have stayed longer. The accommodation was fantastic and location and views to the mountains were superb. Jindara the owner lives across the road and was never far away if I needed anything, she cooked a lovely breakfast every morning at whatever time i preferred. It is a short ride out of town and your own transport makes life easier, if anyone is looking for a place to relax and unwind for a few days...this is the place!! There is a hot spring down the road that also offer a massage service, there are a couple of great waterfalls about 20 minutes away, Nang Lae Nai was amazing!! Enough said...I'll be back, only for longer next time.

“Parfait and amazing”

We had an extraordinary stay with family, in this magnificent residence, very comfortable with a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the mountains. Perfect for nice sunsets. The rooms as well as the beds are very comfortable and at night there is no noise because we are in nature ! And of course, without forgetting the staff, the owner who was very kind and accommodating The cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfasts were perfect. thanks again

“Walking into pradise in the mountians.”

The Villa was absolutely gorgeous. It was well designed with a rustic antique vibe to it. The natural view from the bedroom balcony was beautiful, with the rolling hills, clouds, and abundance of greenery. There is a pool, however, we didn't use it because we were in and out most of the day. The villa is private with a gated entrance. The staff is very quiet, and helpful. If you are looking for privacy, this is the place to go. The Auntie came in every morning and prepared a home-cooked breakfast for us. She picks veggies from her garden and gave us loads of tips on where to go. We brought out two chihuahua's with us, and the area is good for dogs, however, there are two very large guard dogs on the grounds, so make sure your dogs are okay with other dogs, as this is THEIR home ;-) Overall, staying here was the highlight of our trip to ChiangRai.
