A nice condo close to Mai Khao beach. We had a cozy apartment in the quiet part of the building facing jungles and one of the pools (not the main one but a quiet one). All pools were clean and well-maintained. The apartment was well-equipped with all kinds of amenities (a hair-dryer, a new washing machine, a microwave oven, a stove, an iron etc.). Barbara was kind and gave all the necessary instructions. There are some restaurants nearby, 7-11 and the beach is within a 7 min walk. You can rent a motorbike near the hotel. Mai Khao beach is a long sandy beach, not so crowded as other Phuket beaches. Not so suitable for those who can't swim because it's deep almost at once. You can watch planes landing and taking off. “Good value for money”

Very good value for money. The appartment is not big , but it is enough space for a family of three people. It also has a nice balcony where you can admire the sunrise. The location has a private parking, surveillance cameras across all the building, an elevator, pools with sun beds. It is a very safe area. A 7/11 is just 2 walking minutes away. Different vendors are nearby, selling fresh fruits and other staff. However, be aware that the closest beach is Maikhao Beach and is like 7 minutes walking distance away. The beach has no amnesties like sun beds or something else. I would recommend you to rent a car or a bike and explore the surrounding. We had a car and had no problems in moving around visiting different nice locations and beaches.

I stayed in an apartment with my family. The accommodation met our expectations, we had everything we needed. The pools were empty and clean. There were many staff taking care of the complex. There was a shop and plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach was not far away. I recommend this place!

“Fantastic view”

The apartment is best for long stay. It is equipped with an oven, fridge, electric kettle, and basic kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable. Wifi is okay, but not strong enough to connect to the VPN. Bed was comfortable. There is a washer, which is wonderful. Nearby, there is a pharmacy, a 7/11, a store that sells a variety of things, and a few restaurants. The beach is a 20-minute walk. What I liked best, the highlight of my stay, is the view from the 5th floor. If you sit on the sofa, you can see a bit of the sunrise. If you sit outside, at the balcony, you can see the sunset. There is also a view of the forest, which looks fantastic, especially when the weather is great. The host replied fast to my queries, and had clear instructions what to do when checking in and out. Over all, I would love to book again.

“Quiet complex, good pools, beach close by, near restaurants and airport”

The host quickly answered messages . WiFi worked great, big balcony . It's a quiet complex with three lovely pools . Very close to the beach and local restaurants , small stalls selling fruit etc , 7/11 ATM. Close to Phuket airport ..about 10 mins by taxi . You can rent bikes just near entrance to complex. Good value for money. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again👍😎..
