“A stay in 6* paradise for city dwellers minus the artificialness of a resort.”
The lovely lakeside semi-wooden villa is a 6* experience minus the cost within a real fishing kampung next to a Sleeping Buddha Temple a short walk away. The lovely owner couple tends to you with care and Thai friendliness and even stops by to send a container of ice in the evening thinking we have wine and beer to store in them. Provided us with halal breakfast in the morning and puts fertiliser to the plants in their beautiful garden. We borrowed the bicycles to go to the nearby cultural village/sleeping Buddha area. No need pictures, you need to come here and believe it for yourself and enjoy the picturesque blue cloudy skyline outside your door with a hammock, garden table lighted at nite, to play monopoly at night and a "canteen" area to enjoy the company.

“A great place if you come with your own car!”
This place is a real gem, we didn't at first have big expectations but we loved our short stay there. Lovely garden, super nice and hospitable host. I really recommend buying dinner from the host's friend and having it in the garden, it was super yummy and affordable!

“Wonderful, home away from home, beautiful.”
We had had a car accident after driving from Penang to our first place to stay, which was this one. Needed a lot of comfort and rest and this was the perfect place. The host and hostess were so sweet and had anything we needed, there is a river cafe 20 yards from the house, a private jetty which they use for their planting in the river which runs to the sea, a garden and we had a two storey house to ourselves and 3 cats and after travelling for 12 hours, was SO appreciated. We should have booked longer than one night and hope to stay there again.
