The owners are very kind, friendly and informative. They welcome us like we come to stay at our relative house. The place is quiet and relax with the vibe of rice field. The breakfast "Kai Kata" is fabulous with variety of tea to choose.

Probably one of the warmest welcomes I have had exceptional nice owners go above and beyond to make you stay good. Beautiful rural loction very comfatble room. Very nice breakfast and fresh fruit. Very helpful and friendly always time to chat. I can see the owners put a lot of time an effort into making you stay a good one.

The family who runs the homestay is very nice and helpful. If you landing in Bangkok BKK and don't want to stay in the city, that's the place.

It’s a good experience coming to such a warm and cozy homestay at Christmas. The host and his wife received us sincerely and thoughtfully. During the 3 days in Bangsai， it’s the most relaxing and comfortable of our trip. Even though the homestay is a distance from public transport，the host is kindly to help us overcome this problem. During the 3 days， we ate well， slept well and met many friends with different lifestyles. The host of the homestay carefully arranged the itinerary and explanation for us, every meal was delicious, and the scenery of the homestay was beautiful.

A husband and wife team run this homestay. They are so helpful and so kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them. You will experience staying in a typical Thai home. The nicest people you could wish to meet. She washed all our clothes which was fabulous. It is an idyllic location in the countryside which he has made the most of with some high relaxing area with great views. He is so helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner

The owner of the property treat us like family, we even called him uncle🥺😆 Very Reasonable price to stay and visit Ayutthaya with uncle and untie😃 We spent great time in Ayutthaya and Bangsai! The homestay is beautifully located and it‘s a very beautiful house as well. The owners are very kind. The room, albeit small, was cozy and we slept well (the region is very quiet). Great breakfast!

We had an incredible stay in this guesthouse. A lovely, warm and interesting starter for our first voyage to Thailand. The family made us feel very comfortable, relaxed in a wonderful surrounding. Thank you so much for welcoming us at the airport, show us the foodmarket, temple. Father and daughter showed us Ayutthaya, explained us history. We had a nice dinner and evening and met other members of this lovely family, all living in the same area. Thank you for your kindness which made our short stay so nice. We definately will come back. The family are so welcoming, kind and helpful If you want food or drink, someone will just get it for you - amazing A real homestay experience where I felt like a family friend You can have your personal space when you want - so many lovely places to sit even if you don’t have a cabin away from the main house. The backroad bicycle ride from here to Ayutthaya is fabulous
