The pool was a vibe,

The bedroom was brilliant very large with television, fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities. Staff on reception were very good, organising taxi's if we needed them. Couple if good bars across the road, one with a swimming pool that did food.

Pool and Beach

The hotelroom with balcony is very nice and big. The pool is nice with lights and clean. Also the garden area is beautiful and well looked after, you can hear a lot of animals there- real jungle vibes! Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is absolutely beautiful, just a few people there! And some authentic thai restaurants nearby. But if you want to see more if the island you will need definitely a scooter or car.

We stepped through the door to the room and left just as quickly. The room was filthy, torn curtains, crumbs in the bed, crawlers in the ceiling, green pool that the birds bathed in. The sunbeds by the pool were worn and the outside shower was very worn. It doesn't look like the pictures. There are not many restaurants nearby and is very deserted and feels abandoned. Don't go here. The staff's reaction to us wanting to check out right away was strange. They only cared that we wouldn't get any money back, not that there were dissatisfied guests.

I love the Panalee resort. It has beautiful units amongst a garden setting. The property is quiet. There are many good restaurants across the road from the resort.

The staff was nice and very helpful. They booked us a taxi and also helped us getting transfers. They cleaned the room everyday and there was free water for all of us. There are restaurants and also a 7/11 close by but it’s far off the main tourist spots.

Very good property

Located off the main coastal road but rooms/bungalows set back far enough to be quiet. 2 x swimming pools which were very clean and in my opinion hardly ever used while I was there. Directly opposite hotel entrance across the road was the beach and numerous restaurants and cafes. To the left of the hotel was a small supermarket Big C, and to the right, a 3 minute walk was a 7-11, perfect for those quich snacks and any items that you might have forgotten. Favourite place for breakfast/dinner was across from hotel slightly up and to the right, called Lae Ley. Excellent food and fantastic attentive staff.

Beautiful view from my room of greenery, lovely pool (though i didn't use due to rain) and staff were super kind and helpful! Location is near beach and some shops but very much away from any strips or highly touristy areas

The staff, especially the lady on reception, were absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We rented a motorbike from there and also booked a ferry and taxi pickups for travelling to Koh Pha Ngan, all with no problems at all. We visited in August and it was exceptionally quiet - we only came across 2 sets of other guests during our stay. We stayed in a simple garden bungalow - basic but mostly functional. Across the road are a few really lovely bars/restaurants (especially Lay Lagom) which we visited a few times. Although we were surprised at first at the simplicity of the accommodation, we did grow to love it for what it was.
