Great location, well equipped kitchen, smart TV. Very comfortable, clean and roomy. Very happy that there was a washing machine, and enjoyed the complementary water and beer.

We are thrilled with the location and the apartment. It's fantastic, right in the heart of beautiful Bamberg. It's also quite quiet at night thanks to its location. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we need: a dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine all the necessary utensils, etc. It's very comfortable, warm, and cozy. The bedroom is cozy, with a comfortable large bed.

“We got off to a very shabby start thenks to the poor service.”
finding the property was very difficult. The address given was not clear. arriving at the correct square we asked another apartment owner and he directed us to a quite different side of the square saying the address we showed him was unclear. So we marched around the square until we found a door with a keycode pad and tried that. Hurrah, we got in!! But then it was not clear in the instructions which one of the 4 apartments was ours. So we tried each one in turn with the same code as the entrance door. Nothing happened. All this was taking place in 38 degree heat. Tired and very frustrated I called you and asked for clarification of the code. After a few attempts and waiting in extreme heat we got a call back saying there had been problems with the code in the past but we should have had a notification of the latest code. I had not received any such notification. I then had to wait a further time for another call back, this time with a new code for the door. At last, we were able to enter the apartment. So frustrating and really poor service. I shall await an apology and some recompense for my very uncomfotable troubles. Can you deal with this please?

“Stunning Bamberg”
Great location in the old part of town and only 25 mins walk from Bamberg Station. Walking distance to all of the sites and plenty of cafes close by. This is a brewery town, the beer is fantastic. The apartment was large and very comfortable. Bamberg is stunningly beautiful.
