Location is super. Nice terrace facing the old townhouse. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries close by. It's pretty much all you can want. We rented all 4 rooms with friends. Great time and experience.

Review on behalf of Mr & Mrs Lam: It was a struggle to find the property. The owners should have considetation for foreign tourists, in the instruction to find the place. We had a good room size and a stunning view. We enjoyed the beautiful city and the lovely and considerate German hospitality in Bamberg.

Review on behalf of LeeLee : the property is very difficult to find even local businesses were not aware of its existence. There is no sign. Property owner should use the bar/restaurent as a landmark for guests to find it, especially guests coming from abroad. German guests also struggled with getting into the property once they found it. My room is very good for one person. I am grateful for the helpful & friendly cleaning staff. However we had no information regarding breakfast. All information inside the property is in German only. How difficult is it to translate? Location is excellent.

Location of the Brudermuhle was wonderful. Facilities were old, but clean and functional. The shower in our room would overflow everytime, there was nothing keeping the water from hitting the floor....Everything was good...the restaurant was wonderful. I wish we had a coffee machine, or wasserkocher for early risers....would be nice to have a cup of coffee early before breakfast.

“Close to the river”

Comfortable beds, close to the parking house, good shower. The breakfast was good and I had a nice view over the little river but I would not return.

Very characterful old Gasthaus in centre of Bamberg Altstadt. Comfortable room, very good breakfast spread. Very pleasant staff and (I think) owner. No parking at the hotel itself, but a covered parking within about 3 mins walk. Although the hotel is very central and right by a restaurant (and it has its own restaurant), it was not noisy at night. Bed was pretty comfortable.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the town, though a parking garage is nearby. It has an excellent restaurant, including for a breakfast with lots of fresh stuff, and a pleasant, shady terrace. The staff and manager are exceeding friendly and welcoming. The rooms and beds are comfortable and are cleaned daily.
