“I do not recommend choosing these apartments to anyone, especially those who are allergic to mold.”
The apartment is located in the city center. Free parking is available on the street next to the house. The city's open-air stage is within walking distance. Several shops and cafes are located near the apartment.

“very ok for a good value stay”
As an opportunity to have a good value stay - 100%, especially with discount provided by the Booking. All the basic needs met, it felt even somewhat cozy. Vintage vs natural entropy 50/50. Central location.

Very good location in Balvi city center but still quite peaceful. Warm inside. All kitchen utensils available, clean bedsheets.

“Recommend”
Interior of the apartment was mostly from 1970-s, though clean, cosy and has everything you need. Spent there just 5 hours to get some sleep at night. Nice small town, quiet at night.

I felt like visiting relatives. Very comfortable and cosy feeling. There was all I needed - shower, bed, fridge and tasty coffee.
