Overview
The Stone House B&B is situated in the coastal village of Baltimore on the Wild Atlantic Way. Skibbereen is 12 km away. The owners offer boat trips, snorkelling and scuba diving facilities, as well as whale and dolphin watching opportunities and Fastnet Rock lighthouse sunset tours. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. Each room is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and a private or en-suite bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the garden with seating areas. A breakfast roll or sandwich box is available to takeaway or enjoy in the guest bedroom or garden. The Baltimore area is popular for water-sports, walking and offshore whale and dolphin or marine wildlife trips. This is a great place to stay to visit Baltimore and its surroundings. Riamne is very helpful and gives great tips about where to visit. The breakfasts are amazing and we enjoyed everything about our stay

“Relaxing, good food, great welcome and service, and will definitely return.”
Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the front garden, and the private shower was nice. The breakfast is exactly what’s needed for a long day’s hike around Baltimore or the islands.

“A great place to stay and very welcoming”
The location was great for visiting Sherkin Island, Cape Clear and Fastnet. The breakfast, with its fresh homemade bread and local produce, was delicious. The homemade snack on arrival was a welcome touch, as were the coffee and tea making facilities.

“A wonderful stay in Baltimore”
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. It was the perfect base to explore the area. Rianne, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She has great knowledge of the area and full of recommendations. The thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Breakfast each morning, with homemade breads and jams, was delicious and set us up nicely for the day ahead. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming place to stay in beautiful West Cork.

Breakfast was a dream, never had anything like it! I regret leaving the homemade breads and jams behind at the end of our visit. Owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond out of a clear love for her job. My partner and I are deeply looking forward to our next stay!
