Location was great, a short walk to town. The house was fabulous, lovely modern decor & comfy beds. Spacious, we had a party of 4/5 adults & 3 kids, and we had loads of room. A superior property to others I have stayed at in same estate.

The property was filthy, we had to wash the floors on arrival, clean counter tops and clean out the fridge as it was full of mold. Photos to prove. Almost 800 euro for five nights and substandard conditions.

The house was lovely and spacious and clean. Everything was catered for. Fantastic location. Easy access to the county and nice to be near the beach. The holiday village was lively and quiet too.

“Great stay in perfect location, highly recommended!”
Location perfect, size great for 6 people (3 couples luckily as one room had 2 doubles so wouldn’t have been suitable for 4 couples). Well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and pots/pans. Washing machine was a bonus.

“Great house for the beach”
A nice clean house in walking distance to Ballybunion and the beach. It has 2 bathrooms and a stove, which really adds to the comfort on a chilly evening. Some fuel was provided to start a fire, which was a nice touch.
