Overview
Discovery Parks - Ballina features an outdoor swimming pool, games room, mini golf and fully equipped fitness centre. It is located on Shaws Bay Lake, less than 700 metres from the beach. All accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a TV, private bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Full kitchen facilities are available in some bungalows and villas, which also have a patio with views of the lake. Parking is provided next to all accommodation. Guests have access to a seasonal on-site cinema, children’s playground and barbecue facilities. There is also a 24-hour shared lounge room with TV and a guest laundry. Ballina town centre is just 3 km from Discovery Parks - Ballina. Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is less than 15 minutes’ drive away.

“Stressful, needed to speak to staff regarding an emergency and 10 hours after checkout still no contact.”
Great camp kitchen, layout and activities for kids. The games room was a favourite. Check-in was seamless, staff very friendly. Location suited our needs for the weekend.

“I didn’t stay, booking.com screwed me around for 4hrs and I slept in my car”
Nothing, upon arrival I was told they were overbooked and couldn’t accomodate me, they did nothing to assist, neither did booking.com
