“Epic!”
We were gobsmacked at the size of the house and the size and qualities of all the bedrooms. We were very comfortable and accommodated. This is a great house to use for various generations to come together as there is a toilet and bedroom at the ground room for those struggling with stairs, there is also several living rooms so you can get privacy if you want it. Ballater is a beautiful place to visit and the house is 2mile walk from the bus stop, co-op and takeaways, although is quiet and safe at night.

Ideal location for our wedding at the weekend. In the heart of Ballater. The place was fit for purpose and plenty space for us all.
