Nice, authentic accommodations. We stayed for one night and had a great time. The hostess was kind and friendly. The breakfasts are cold but perfectly adequate—we really enjoyed them. For us, the rooms were more of an experience, and the price-quality ratio was just right.

Absolute gem! Quaint and quirky original furnishings and decor. It's not chic city sophistication and slickness, but it is a stunning country hotel providing traditional comfort. Amazing and varied breakfast buffet, and evening meals in the restaurant were excellent.

The grounds were outstanding with spectacular Scot’s pines with the intense colour from the rhododendrons and azaleas. A perfect place for dog owners. The hotel is also very dog friendly. Improvements to the property were in evidence.

I loved the vibe of the hotel, the view from my room, the quirky bathroom and walk-in shower, onsite parking. There were options to chill-out in the living area or outside. The bar was a nice inclusion in the stay for an evening drink. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. I had dinner twice and the meals were generous and very tasty.

“Gem of Cambus of May”

The setting is stunning in itself, a beautiful otherworldly gem of a place in a world full of pristine Premier inns. The room we stayed in was perfect for our small family and doggie. The receptionist/host/barman/ waiter was an absolute gent who made us feel so so welcome and special. What a guy!

This is is charming traditional Highland hotel with very friendly helpful staff and an excellent chef! My room was extremely comfortable and quiet with a beautiful garden view from the window.
