Fantastic property with beautiful gardens

Located in a peaceful area of Ballater, with easy walking access to the centre of Ballater. Lots of private, off road parking area. Huge private garden with an abundance of wildlife including red squirrels. Well stocked kitchen and good sized, clean rooms.

Lovely peaceful location and just a 10 minute walk into Ballater. Lots of stunning walks within a half hour drive and also from the house. Beautiful clean and fresh house with comfortable bedrooms and good kitchen/ dining space as well as large lounge looking onto the spacious garden. Very well equipped for self catering.

Beautiful, spacious house with excellent facilities . Very clean and well equipped. This house is really large compared to other houses in Ballater. The garden is also huge and would be perfect in the summer. The host was v responsive.

This is a fabulous bungalow in a great location. The property is within walking distance of the centre of Ballater and is very convenient for all the local attractions along the Dee Valley. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy on our arrival. We made good use of the large open plan Kitchen / Dining room, and the separate laundry room, which were very well appointed with high-end appliances... There was plenty of storage in the kitchen with more than sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. The twin and bunk bed rooms were at one end of the bungalow, along with the family bathroom, and there was a door that could close them from the rest of house. All the bedrooms were a good size, with comfortable beds, lots of storage in each room along with mirrors and hairdryers. The bathrooms had very good showers, heated towel rails, big fluffy towels, and wonderful heated floors. The entry hall was generous with a cupboard for outdoor clothing and shoes- very useful in Scotland. The living room was a good size with beautiful views of the garden, we saw rabbits in the morning and a red squirrel on a number of occasions. There was ample seating for all,(not always the case). The garden was very large and surrounded by trees. The driveway had space for our 3 cars and more. I would highly recommend this property, it was excellent value.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We loved the thoughtful layout too meaning anyone staying up late chatting in the living room could not be heard by the people sleeping in the bedrooms because it was on other side of the house. The garden and the red squirrels were also fab.

Had a wonderful time. Wish we stayed longer. Quiet location, lovely house like new, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Well appointed, had everything we needed. Home away from home. Hope to return. Host very prompt.

The outdoor space was great for the children. They enjoyed the trampoline. Property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Spacious parking area.

The property is in an excellent location for the local town. It had plenty of parking space in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is kept to an exceptionally high standard and was great in all ways. The accommodation could not be faulted.

The bungalow is stunning and pristine and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There is also a beautiful garden. It has everything you need and more, with extremely comfortable beds and quality soft furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The host was very helpful and provided all the info you needed. Would thoroughly recommend it!
