“Neat, value for money accommodation”
At $77 per night, it was exceptionally good value. Even a communal bathroom (with locking doors) was quite pleasant and workable. If your only purpose is to have somewhere to lay your head between midnight to 6am, then this place will do the job at a budget price.

“Incredible quality / price ratio !”
Only 15min walking distance from the railway station. The room had everything you need to spend the night. Both private and common areas were spotless clean and very well maintained ! Very good stay if you’re not looking for luxurious accomodation but a comfortable and convenient placé to stay !

We liked Everything. The food was great. The managers walked the extra mile to make our stay easy. We had a cosy game of cards in the refurbished band room with good bands performing next door and we loved both. There is a wonderful atmosphere throughout the building. Our friends from the UK ( also staying in the hotel) also had a wonderful time and have put Ballarat very firmly in their heads, just because of you.

It is near where I need to go, the little surprise of coffee machine is good, a little quaint cottage. A pretty up-to-stand hotel room
