“A really pleasant home that was a pleasure to stay in and made our visit to Ballarat enjoyable”

Walking into this sweet home, you are greeted with a homey comfortable atmosphere that has been tastefully decorated. I love that there is plenty of space on the spacious lounge for everyone to sit, just like there is around the dining table. The home was toasty warm on the cool Ballarat nights. I appreciated the attempt to make things welcoming in the kitchen with the tea and coffee, milk and chocolates! They were appreciated!

Lovely modern house, exactly like the photos. Perfect place to stay with young ones. The children's bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Had everything you needed including a doll house.

Well appointed new house with all modern facilities. Comfortable A/C for a good night sleep during cold winter.

The place was nice and cosy, which made it a comfortable spot to relax after long days out. It’s in a great location, close to everything, especially convenient for the Ballarat basketball tournament. Being able to pop back quickly in between games was a real bonus. The layout of the space worked well for our needs, and despite a few issues, we still appreciated having a warm and quiet place to come back to. It has the potential to be a great stay with some improvements, but overall, we enjoyed being close to the action while still having a private space to unwind.

We stayed 9 nights, and the location was easily accessible to Ballarat services as well as major tourist attractions. The house was clean, new, and important for us (from QLD) had great central heating throughout. There was a welcome basket of goodies waiting on arrival. There was one minor issue regarding the garage door (our fault) where we emailed the owners, and they responded promptly and helpfully.
