Great location, 5 minutes walk to the lake. Bathroom is very roomy with good flow of hot water. There is a nespresso coffee maker in the room too and EV charger is the cherry on top. For those who drinks, bar is just next door.

“Only there for an overnight stay as a function that I was attending close by.”
Helpful staff. Helped me call a taxi which came very quickly for my evening out.  Everything I needed for an overnight stay. Location near hotels, Lake, supermarket etc. although I didn’t need them for this short stay.

“A relaxing, quiet stay in a beautiful part of Ballarat.”
It was quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking space. Two tables and a couch made it extra comfortable. Close to the beautiful lake and to a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
