“Relaxing. Friendly. Central location.”
Love the old charm. Dining facilities. Lounge areas. Staff were all too happy to assist as needed. As a solo traveller, while dining etc, I didn’t feel rushed. Some venues I find try to rush smaller bookings in preference to bigger groups. At Craig’s this wasn’t the case.

Everything, and I can not state emphatically enough, about Craig's Royal Hotel, Everything, was Exemplary, from the Restored Heritage Hotel Building Outside and In, the Welcome upon arrival, the Accommodation, the Staff, the Breakfast, Everything !!!; I particularly loved riding the functional 'Antiquated' Lift .. .

Beautiful old hotel with old world charm and character. Central location close to everything with ample outside parking. Bistro was great for dinner too

“Excellent stay with great value”

“Exceptionally poor customer service.”
Exceptionally poor customer service. Arrived late to be told they wouldn’t set up 2 single beds even though this is what I booked. A security guard had to find us extra sheets and a quilt and we did it ourselves. Absolutely no effort made by the woman at check in to hel.

“What an amazing place to visit!”
Amazing place! Loved our room very spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly, obliging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and cooked perfectly. Parking was convenient and very safe although a big tricky to get our big ute into the 90 deg parks and the back door entrance into the pokies from the carpark was a bit funny! I have always wanted to stay and felt like I should have packed my ballgown lol did not disappoint would happily stay here again.

“Good location to stay in”
The public rooms were rather austere and the dining room particularly so, which is a shame as the food was good. Breakfast staff were very casual and not totally engaged with what they were doing.

“Fantastic.”
My room was nice and cosy. The bed was really comfy. The surrounding of the hotel floor was very quite which allowed me to have couple of peaceful nights. Location is pretty central and close to a lot of nice restaurants.
