This charming cottage has been beautifully renovated & was an easy & comfy stay in a good location. We appreciated having laundry facilities & an outside clothesline. The owners were wonderful communicators & made us feel very welcome.

Lovely home with great thoughtful touches! Very comfortable beds and a beautiful clean space. Made our short stay in Ballarat really wonderful.

It was spacious and homey with sweet nick nacks around the place. Ample appliances to use, as well as plates, cups and cutlery. Everything worked well, especially the blinds! It was a very brief stay fir us but was just perfect really :)

The home was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean and provided everything you could possibly think of. The beds were super comfortable and all linen and towels were of a high quality. Would definitely recommend

The place was incredibly clean upon arrival. No expense has been spared in detailing and curating an incredible luxurious home. High end finishings in the kitchen and bathroom made it feel very luxurious and the kitchen was incredibly stocked with every appliance you could ever need.

The house was beautifully renovated, looks way better and bigger in person than it did in photos! Great sized bedrooms, bathroom, heaps of extra towels etc in case we needed them. Great location and close to main town We had a lovely stay.

We loved the personal touches to the accommodation. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch and our kids loved them. The book with information was also very handy. Fantastic location within walking distance to the CBD. Particularly loved the container in the laundry cupboard for 'forgotten items' came very useful :))

The charm of the property was exceptional. The attention to detail in restoring the cottage as well as the thoughtful inclusions such as appliance, water filter, open fire was second to none.

From an unassuming exterior, the interior was a delight. Perfectly styled with plenty of features to make it a very comfortable stay.

It was a well presented property with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It's proximity to the CBD was excellent. The hosts were extremely accommodating when a misunderstanding about dates occurred and were responsive to questions without delay.

This property is presented so beautifully. It’s exceptionally clean and has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We travelled with two kids and it suited our needs perfectly. Belinda and Michael are fabulous hosts, their communication was outstanding making it a smooth and easy trip and they have such an amazing eye for detail and know how to create a very luxurious and practical stay for their guests. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our son’s first birthday. Thankyou!!
