“A lovely play to stay.”
The location was terrific, nice and quiet and lots of room. Easy parking. Caroline and her family were so kind and welcoming it was lovely to come back to the property after a day out. Caroline was extremely kind and thoughtful and I look forward to an opportunity to stay with them again.

Pat and Caroline are excellent hosts and nothing was to much trouble, you need a car if you are staying at Pats Place as it is away from the main road. Breakfast was included but only a continental option so we paid 8 euro each for a cooked breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausages, black pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, toast, marmalade, strawberry jam, 🍊 orange juice, tea, coffee ☕️ the breakfast of champions, we could hardly walk to the car after we'd finished eating it, superbly cooked and well worth every euro.

“Lovely B&B - would recommend!”
This was a lovely B&B to stay in. Very friendly hosts, a lovely breakfast, a very clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed. The location suited great. It's about 45 minutes from Sligo town so I booked this B&B as it was a lot cheaper than the hotels in Sligo and it broke up my journey on the way up to stop in here (I was coming up from Clare) and it gave me a head start on my journey home the next day.
