We stayed at the villa (8 adults). Everything was wonderful. The villa was cleaned every day. Special thanks to our maid, a wonderful woman from Albania. She was very responsible about keeping everything clean and tidy. The food was delicious. The bar had excellent cocktails and alcoholic drinks. Regina at reception is a wonderful person. Thank you! We will recommend you to our friends.

The beds were really big and incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We arrived quite late, so it was a lovely surprise to find bread, ham, cheese for sandwiches, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The kitchen is a bit small and the menu doesn’t offer a huge variety, but everything we tried was tasty and well cooked. The staff were very friendly and always helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s definitely great value for money.

“Exceptional stay with unforgettable views and outstanding service”

We had a wonderful stay at Filion Suites Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Initially, we were given room 1009, which didn’t quite meet our expectations, mainly because there is currently construction work taking place nearby, affecting the view and overall atmosphere. However, after we mentioned it, the hotel kindly moved us to room 824 — and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. It was honestly the best we could have hoped for. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and consistently enjoyable meals throughout our stay. A truly memorable highlight was the birthday surprise organised for my husband. The hotel prepared a beautiful setup with a cake, champagne, fresh fruit, a romantic trail of rose petals leading to the bedroom, and a decorated bed. It was incredibly thoughtful and made the celebration unforgettable. We would especially like to thank Regina at reception and Alex, the bartender. They truly made our holiday exceptional. Both of them are warm, kind, fun, with a great sense of humour and professionalism. They treated us not just as guests, but almost like family — always helping, chatting, and making us feel welcome. Thanks to them, this trip became unforgettable, and we will definitely return. The combination of stunning views, great food, and outstanding service made this stay very special for us. Highly recommended.

“One week stay”

We enjoyed the place located in the mountains with peaceful mountain view. The staff was very nice and helpful.The rooms were clean. All inclusive varied each day. Each night there was a live performance. Good price for the quality.

There were extreme weather conditions (extreme Sahara dust, Erminio cyclone) during our stay, which was very challenging for everybody. The hotel welcomed us 1.5h earlier than the usual check-in time to give us a safe shelter and they invited us for lunch already on the first day. They did their very best to bring the highest standards possible under the very difficult conditions. We were kept informed about everything. After the check-out they invited us to stay for another lunch. Rikina (at the reception) was extremely nice but all staff were super helpful and friendly. This was the perfect hotel to stay confined: There was both a bath AND a shower in the bathroom. The wall between the bathroom and the room had a window, so you could watch TV from the bath. 😊(It also had a blind if you wanted to close it). There was a game room for the kids to play ping-pong, a tennis court to play tennis, a gym, a spa where we used the sauna, the jacuzzi and I got a massage. My children (8 and 14y) ate very well in the restaurant (all included). The mountain view and the view to the outdoor pools were stunning. The outside pools were very nice but we did not try as weather was not suitable.

“Everything good, spa was a big let down”

The views: surrounded by majestic mountains. Food was good and varied. Rooms were comfortable.. just don't expect shiny taps, hotel is not new. There was evening entertainment every day. Very little for kids to do apart from swim, unless you venture out into the town.

The hotel met and even exceeded our expectations by 100%. A professional team, starting with the reception staff, including Ms. Regina, Lydia, and others. The room was always clean and comfortable, thanks to the efforts of the staff, including Ms. Antonia, the chef, Ms. Oksana, and the kitchen staff. We would like to express our gratitude to the restaurant staff, particularly Ms. Antonia, the chef, Ms. Oksana, and the kitchen staff, for their fresh, delicious, and varied food and service. The transfer to and from the beach is well organized, thanks to the drivers. That's why I want to come here again. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10 and recommend it for a visit

Breakfast was good, especially the chef who cooked the eggs and pancakes. Fresh orange juice was a definite bonus although machine did break down fairly often! Can’t say I enjoyed the coffee. But overall for the price there was a good selection.
