The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, all the amenities you could want. We stayed for 6 nights at the end of October & the weather was in the high 20's, almost full sun every day, walking into Javea was enjoyable, maybe not walking back. The location was more suitable with a car then you can access more of the local beaches & ports.

Beautiful villa - pictures are nice, but real life beats it by miles. It was a perfect match for our two families of 9 in total with a great layout of rooms, bathrooms and terraces that allowed time alone or time together, depending on the individual’s need - excellent for our five young women and their parents ;) The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Quick to respond when we had questions and the only challenge throughout our stay, of a dishwasher pump that broke down, was solved within 6 hours with a new dishwasher - that is the best service I’ve ever experienced! The neighborhood was really quiet and with both a nice beach promenade and groceries within a couple of minutes, there was plenty of options when it came to dining in and out.

The property was spacious, catered for both indoor and outdoor living, the pool provided a perfect opportunity to cool off, the a/c worked well but equally the ceiling fans were good and WiFi throughout.

Everything was great, we have family local to the area so the location was perfect for us. The bed rooms very comfy and every room was large enough that we all had plenty of space. My family came over one day and I cooked for 15 of us easily! The house and garden are stunning

We loved everything about the villa. It was in a great location with good access to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, but was also secluded and quiet. The house itself was beautifully kept and had ample seating for our large group both indoors and out. The host provided helpful info welcome pack as well as a few bits to help us get started in the kitchen (olive oil, salt/pepper, dish washer tabs and washing up liquid). Comms with the host pre, during and post were excellent and would most recommend. Thanks again - we had a great family holiday and looking forward to staying again!

I used the codes I had already been sent and was straight inside the property with no fuss at all. We then spent 4 fabulous nights at the property, the whole house was immaculately clean on our arrival. This is definitely the place to book if you are looking for that little something extra on your travels. Will definitely be rebooking another stay there, top accomadation.

Fantastic outdoor space at the front incorporating a covered dining area that links up with the gas BBQ area (and also overlooks the pool). Great master bedroom (bedroom, dressing room, ensuite and private terrace). Loads of space inside (although we were mainly outside in the fab weather). Plenty of parking space for multiple cars.

The villa was amazing for our summer holiday with a big family (5 young kids and 4 adults). The host was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop view is spectacular.
