“Could not check-in, no one was answering the phone”
We stayed in front of the locked gate with a small baby for more than 30 minutes. There was no one at the location, and no one was answering the phone (tried to call the numbers a lot of times). Luckily we were able to quickly find a new booking, and the stay in Balatonlelle was nice. The owner of Boathouse replied more than 1 hour after we've first tried to check-in, saying that they were out shopping.. I did got a full refund from booking.com.

“Really nice stay close to the lake, confectioneries, malls & shops.”
- plenty room & space - nice & fully-equipped kitchen - good location - despite that the road is really close practically there's no traffic at night

We actually received a different appartment to the one we had booked - a larger one. It was very much OK, with comfortable beds (though one of them was quite squeaky, to be honest) and a nice, large bathroom. It was OK, we were satisfied.
