Beautiful room with balcony, with good views. Very comfortable bed. Attractive bathroom. lots of space. Huge, plush self-catering cooking and dining area. Very smart and lots of essentials were already provided such as oil, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, etc. Best of all, was the fresh ground coffee maker full of beans ready so you could make yourself great coffee in the mornings.

We had a short stay there and everything was as expected. In case of another short trip to Balatonfured, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Excellent apartment, well appointed, balcony, shared kitchen

Everything was super great. I have just one point regarding the bike storage. There is only exterior bicykle rack, so if you have an expensive bike, you have no space where to keep it.

Extremely comfortable, clean and modern interior. Shared kitchen was great. The outside of the property is also really pretty with a nice garden. Very quiet residential neighbourhood. Convenient location for Balatonarács train station (5-10 mins' walk), there's also a bus stop close by.

Very well decorated with details. The host is very warm and responsive. Car parking is free. The common area feels like at home and we drank there for two nights. It is very quiet. Love the small fan.

Location is perfect, 10 min walk from Aldi and beach. It also has a quiet and peaceful surrounding. Room was amazing, nicely decorated and spacious. The common space is also very useful, you can use the kitchen, equipment,fridge and coffee machine. For me the bed was also amazingly comfortable.

Very nice, clean, comfy, good location, great host. We rented bikes and spent days exploring the area. Highly reccommend!

The property itself is really beautiful and clean (had the room with balcony) and the staff there is kind and helpful. Towels and well cooling fridge, the kitchen is equipped. In a nice walking distance from centre or station, ALDI store is nearby. We stayed only for a night but thinking about coming back. Some extra but not negative notes to add: take your own shower gel or shampoo it is not provided yet. Download the app which is sent via email so you can check in. In case if you didn’t read, there’s occupancy tax paid on the property heads/night (in cash).

The room and hotel was very clean and cosy. The common kitchen had good facilities. The area was nice and calm, but still walking distance to the city.
