“Nothing extra but nice, good value for money,”
Considering it was end ot season and hardly any guests, service was good. Breakfast and buffet dinner were adequate, the staff was helpful.

“Perfect stay for skiiers”
Hotel is perfect for a relaxation after the skiing. It has swimming pool, sauna, very good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, with big balconys. They provide lockers for skiing equipment for free if you ski in Crystal. You can ski up to the entrance. Ski lift is just outside. Nearby are different restaurants, so need to go anywhere.

“Night club, not a hotel”
In the room we hear the music from the hotel restaurant. When we called the reception, they were told that they couldn't do anything and the music would be until 2 am. it is not clear why to settle people in rooms where unable to rest and sleep

The breakfast. I also appreciated that when we had difficulty getting our car out of their poorly maintained and uncleared parking area, they agreed to extend our checkout until 2 PM upon my request. Thank you for that.

Excellent hotel and service, located close to the ski lifts, instructors, bars, restaurants in near hotel. Everything is open till night. Very convenient, perfect spa. It is highly recommended to visit this magical place.

This is a complex of buildings with its own slope, restaurants, skating ring, ski rental etc. Renovated gym is very good, pool opened till 23.00 is real bonus. Sauna is good!

A very beautiful experience. We went ice skating, which was great. The room, view, and service were excellent. Special thanks to Tamara and the manager Mr. Simon for their kindness and professionalism. They made our stay truly wonderful.

Nicely organised and located hotel. You can find everything in the same place which is convenient. Staff at the reception and the bar were nice and professional. Restaurant food is tasty.
