Fabulous location, a few steps away from Maiden Tower and Juma Mosque at the atmospheric heart of the old city. We had a balcony room, a lovely outdoor space with potted geraniums and chairs, footstools and table. We received the warmest of welcomes and the best of breakfasts (fresh borek and tomato omelettes made personally for us daily).

I had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, with nice views of maiden tower and old town. Breakfast is excellent, varied and delicious. Staff: nicest guys in town, very helpful, felt at home and welcomed. The bed was very comfortable and even during a super cold day the heating was more than enough. It does deserve great reviews. It’s a small and cozy place so of course not to expect bigger property amenities but it hits the spot.

“Perfect stay”

The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the experience far exceeded all our expectations. The hotel owner was wonderful—he contacted me before our arrival, arranged transport for my mother and me, and even waited for us despite my flight being delayed by an hour. He also upgraded our room to the best available and offered various special services to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Everything was done on time and perfectly. The lady who prepared the breakfasts and cleaned the rooms was simply amazing. Our room was impeccably clean every day, and the breakfasts offered an incredible variety of dishes and drinks. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is located in a quiet area in the heart of the Old Town, with views of the Flame Towers on one side and the Maiden Tower on the other. We will definitely return again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

“A quality boutique hotel with personal attention that is highly recommended in Baku”

The hotel is a boutique hotel in a great location in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of all the attractions. The owner and staff are personal and warm and took care of every request we made, including tips and explanations of where to travel and good restaurants nearby. We were given a large and spacious suite with a balcony. Everything was clean and spotless. The breakfast was very good and satisfying with a variety of local dishes and good coffee. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

Beautiful cosy hotel, location is superb right in the old city with the Maiden Tower a few feet away! The seafront/ gardens and modern city are still within easy reach ( 10/15min walk). Staff were all very welcoming and helpful, room spacious, clean with comfortable bed.

Beautiful place right in the heart of the Old City. We stayed in a spacious room with a large balcony shadowed by a huge fig tree overlooking a small square. The room is very cosy and comfortable with all the amentites at hand. The best part of our stay were the hosts: very accommodating, always smiling, and very kind.

Location is good. Very pretty inn. Good to feel the local vibe! It was very warm in middle of winter. Not luxury but feel at home. They arranged our transportation from and to airport. It was convenient for us because inn is not easy access by car. General manager came to see us to help to carry our baggages. Very good view cafe called “Cay Baqi 145” for 2min walk. Cost Cafe is for 30second walk. They gave us delicious welcome tea and cake

The location of this boutique hotel is superb. It is right in the old city Baku, the Maiden Tower is just 2-minutes walk. The room we had (a King Suite) is spacious and the staffs were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay.

The location is perfect. The owner is beyond kindness. The breakfast is great and very local. I was there during a special period (COP29), so the price I paid is irrelevant. If you pay the normal price, this hotel is very good.
