Communication was very good - online booking was fast & efficient. Room was clean & the breakfast facilities were excellent ( if the fresh bread had already arrived ). Bain is a lovely town & this is an excellent choice of stay.

I really like how clean, and comfortable, the Hotel is. The location is perfect. The staffs are so nice and approachable. The beddings are so comfortable.

“An unexpected but pleasant stay.”
The room we had was nice. It had a bath which you don’t seem to get much these days. We had Sunday lunch in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and arranged for us to change rooms after the first night.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very accomodating with little English spoken (we were in France I know) however we did try to speak French which was enjoyable
