I don't know for the other receptionist, but for the lady receptionist, if you don't like to avail their "In House Taxi" or i dont know what they call it and you ask for another way of transport going to somewhere- she DON'T care about it, she does not even bother helping you

“Decent”
-Location is perfect for guests visiting Disneyland. -Basic amenities provided e.g. shower gel and shampoo. - Games room was a nice touch for the kids. -Lovely outdoor space with a garden for the kids.

Good value for money if you are doing Disney parks and surrounding. The hotel was clean and had decent breakfast options, we have a good stay.

“I won’t be staying at this location again!!”
Basic breakfast and room facilities for an overpriced stay. No kettle or any amenities in the room. The coffee machine in the room did not work. It’s ok for night stay but far from Disneyland. The 2234 bus takes 30-45 minutes to reach the hotel from Chessy station and you need to get down at Boulevard de Artisans stop then a 10-15 minutes walk to Holiday Inn. The staff are excellent especially Valerie at the reception is very welcoming.
