Baile Herculane’s Bacolux Diana Resort, Herculane enjoys natural surroundings in a large forested area. Located a 2-minute walk from Cerna River, the property is just 250 metres from the town centre. Everything was so perfect, warm and clean rooms and we have got coffee and chocolate in it. There was no crowd in pools, very very good experience.

“Good stay, but you can feel the era from which the hotel originates from”
The room is good, normal, average. For cleanliness it's clean, for quietness it's quiet, the bed is comfortable, for warmth it was warm. But the quality of the bathroom for example was a bit lower, like it's an older hotel and they fix the bathtub as they can. The view was great because we got a room on the 9th floor so you could see up into the Cerna valley towards Domogled National Park. The spa was okay/good too.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bacolux Diana, but what really made the difference was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. ➡️ At the restaurant, Geta and Roxana offered impeccable service – attentive, fast, always smiling and very caring. They made us feel like special guests! ➡️ At the reception, Albert and Cosmin were extremely kind and well prepared. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, everything clearly explained, always available to help us with anything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa area very pleasant, but the staff is the soul of the place. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely come back!
