Very good location - right on the beautiful beach and a few minutes by walk from markets, restaurants, takeaways… Apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a very nice terrace. Owner was very helpful to us and contacted us before our arrival with all informations.

We loved our stay at Footprints! We had a beautiful 2 bedroom beachfront villa that was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Housekeeping was friendly and professional and the manager Annia was absolutely wonderful. The beach directly in front of the property was the best in the area, we really enjoyed swimming in the sea every morning. Overall a fantastic stay, we wished we had stayed for longer!

Great location! Right at the beach. Very nice villa with everything you need. Very well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets, fruit stalls, fresh fish and many different restaurants are 5-10 min walk away.

Cote d’Or Footprints is a perfect beachfront stay on Praslin. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The private pool and direct access to the beautiful Cote d’Or beach made our stay unforgettable. The area is quiet, relaxing, and still close to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and great atmosphere — highly recommended.

The nicest place to stay. Super comfy beds, free sunbeds at the most beautiful beach of Praslin. It is even much nicer than on the photos. Recommend it 100%

It was amazing stay. It is located just next to the most beautiful beach on Praslin - Anse Volbert. The cottages are very clean, comfortable and spacious. They have all equipment you need - kitchen service, iron, beach towels, cosmetics in the bathroom. The area is peaceful and calm.

The little villa was right on the beach, which was usually almost empty. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We had a private terrace to sit in the evenings, drink wine and watch the wildlife without being disturbed or disturbing our neighbours.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect – the villa was very clean, with daily housekeeping. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist. The location is fantastic, just a short walk (2min:)) to the beach and with a variety of delicious takeaway options nearby. Highly recommend :) !

Footprints was amazing! The manager, Annia, was very friendly and extremely helpfull no matter what we needed - from setting up a barbecue, so we could grill our fish, to an emergency trip to the farmacy. She also knew everything about activities in the area, and gave good advice. The bungalow was perfect and we had the ocean mere steps from the house. Also it’s very close to a small village with everything you need: Groceries, restaurants, tours, ATM. Whether you have kids or are adults only, I highly recommend Footprints.

“Spacious villa, perfect location, exceptional host”

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The villa was spacious, beautifully clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed – from a comfortable interior to a fantastic terrace with a nice view. Parking was easy, the Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, and the whole place was peaceful with just the soothing sound of the sea in the background. A special highlight was the manager, Annia. She’s an amazing person – kind, helpful, and always available when needed. She went above and beyond, even helping me recover my bank card from an ATM within a day, which was really appreciated . Her warmth and care made us feel completely at home and safe. Honestly, I’ve never met anyone like her in a resort setting. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Cote d'Or Footprints is situated in the stunning Côte d'Or beach and close to shops and restaurants. The villa was lovely and very clean, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It has all the necessary amenities, and has an authentic feel. The location is quiet, the beach is wide and long, with crystal water. The staff is very friendly and professional. We will definitively be back!
