“Everything was nice except for the room.”
Room was nothing at all like the illustration on the Bookings web site. It was narrow and dark with only a tiny window above head height. The hotel has been completely unresponsive to the issue.

My priority in a hotel is how comfortable the bed is for me. The bed in room 8 was great, big and flat. The breakfasts catered to my gluent, dairy free needs and were delicious. Staff, Mimi amd others was welcoming, helpful and very professional. A great stay.

The rooms are the weak point. They're on the small side, the shower is uncomfortable and tiny. The beds are excellent, the spa is really nice, the staff is very friendly and it's very well located. I've been there twice and I enjoy staying there. Hopefully they will modernize their rooms at some point.

Hotel comfort and friendly professional service.Exceptional spot to travel the area and enjoy the Fall colours and world class environment of this unique part of Quebec. The Charlevoix artists were everywhere and excellent restaurants and outdoor patios were greatly enjoyed.
