I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that the pool and jacuzzi listed on Booking.com were closed for renovation, which was my main reason for booking. The receptionist offered a refund and cancellation but had no other solutions. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told none were available on weekends. Despite this setback, I chose to stay, but issues continued at the hotel's restaurant, Morgan 44. The server, Jay, acted unprofessionally. When I asked for tea in a proper cup instead of a foam cup, he claimed they didn’t have any. After comparing the service to Marriott hotels in Egypt, his response was inappropriate and discriminatory, suggesting I "go back to Egypt." The hotel's amenities and service fall far below Marriott's usual standards. Management's absence on weekends and the staff's unprofessional behavior are significant concerns. While the hotel offers facilities like an indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant, the actual guest experience was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel due to misleading information about amenities, lack of problem-solving capability, and unprofessional staff behavior. Potential guests should consider other options for a more reliable and welcoming stay.

Staff were all very friendly and ready to help, in particular the desk reception staff. About the room bed super comfy and great space for both relax and work. Location is good if you have meetings with companies in the area of Baie D'Urfe.
