The room smelled bad, and the linens and towels looked dirty! Good thing I brought extra! The toilet is too small, and it is really hard to take a shower. Very few parking coz they allotted for pay parking! I didn't dare use their kitchen utensils. Looked nice in the picture but not really :-(

Affordability, it's the most cheapest one out there. Nothing can beat it when it comes to price. Also the location, it's near burnham park, it's in the heart of everything in baguio.

It's just around the city center. You can escape the baguio traffic during peak season because you can just walk around the vicinity.

Near Burnham Park, 2 bathrooms, good for groups of 5-6 pax. Lots of mirrors and cabinet spaces. Water heater works well.

Nothing, staff gave me a hard time and scammed me.They were very rude and when I asked them politely to fix the problem THEY created they told me to calm down or they will call the police and pointed to a sign on the wall.

The property offered pay at the property option. Only to find out on the day that they've request for a deposit outside Booking.com! They did not cancel anything from their end so I thought seeing a valid booking in the app, there would be no problem. On the day of the check in, my family was not accepted and we've travelled so far to get into the flat! I've been booking a lot across countries and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Don't book in this place.
