“Comfortable but the room needs maintenance”
-The location of the room. Less disturbance from the noise outside -There were two beds. We were able to sleep comfortably. -The smart TV. The screen was big. -The dining table. -The fridge and stove. We were able to cook instant noodles. -The A/C was perfectly working.

Great location, walkable to night market, church, SM mall. Very nice manager, she immediately helped us to change to another apartment after our first night. That second place was super super nice (I think the condo was called City Hub).
