Excellent location to explore Civita. Just 20 meters from the entrance to Civita.

The location is exceptional being literally on the start of the bridge crossing into Civita di Bagnoregio. Crossing into the city was included as well as ensuring that we are okay to go into the ZTL with the rental car. Friendly service and assisted with a late check-in!

Fantastic location. Easy check in and great parking. Hosts were quick to respond and breakfast was excellent.

The room is really cute, bed is super comforable. Bathroom is large enough and very airy.

Try and you’d never regret

It's an amazing experience to stay in this lovely property. It's very very close to, just down the path to the "sky tower". so convenient that we can walk to see the sunrise and dawn in this beautiful spot. Very kind of the owner for introducing everything to us and deliver the breakfast for us. It has spacious rooms and my kid is exciting to stay alone in the rooftop room.

“Great location for visiting Civita Bagnoregio, supern hosts!”

Amazing location at the entrance of the bridge to Civita Bagnoregio, you don't have to pay the 5€ entrance.. Communication with the hosts was great and clear. The room and common areas are nice, clean and in good conditions, breakfast brioches and coffee are also tasty!

“Beautiful place for one night stay”

Ideal for one night stay. The house has very nice atmosphere. There are just two rooms in all BaB. Our room for 4 was rather small but sufficient...Host are very nice and welcoming, although our arrival was bit messy...The house is just in front of the bridge leading to the Civita town, so you will be right in the spot, you will get your ticket to Civita for free, parking is possible close to the house on the private terrace for 15 EUR, or you can leave the car on public parking spot for 5 EUR which is also very close. It was very piece and quiet durign the night.

Location was perfect, personalised service and breakfast were all very good . Use of kitchen and fridge . Entry to Civitia is included in the accommodation so we were able to visit for dinner in the evening and again before check out . The bathroom products are very nice also.

The owners are really nice and helpful, also the location is right near the bridge to civita so we could enjoy many hours of quiet and peaceful time in the area, early morning or later afternoon, without the turist crowds.

“Perfect location”

This gorgeous apartment is located right at the entrance of Civita di Bagnoregio, which is why we booked it. Andre was very friendly and helpful. He arranged an early check-in and dropped my partner back to the accommodation after parking the car.
