The location is fantastic, offering a truly unique view. The host was very helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I highly recommend paying the extra €10 for on-site parking. The host can register your license plate, allowing your car to enter the ZTL area. The alternative parking outside the ZTL involves a fairly steep uphill walk

The view of our room was perfect and just like the pictures, you can see the town clear and see a great distance. Staff was nice, breakfast was really good. The soap smelled good aswell.

The best possible location, with a breathtaking view of the town of Civita. A beautiful, charming and spotlessly clean room, full of atmosphere and soul. The hosts are a wonderful family 💕— incredibly kind, warm-hearted people with real passion. In the room you can find organic cosmetics produced by their family business. They are extremely friendly and very helpful.🙏🏻 There is also the possibility to park quite cheaply almost right next to the town, 50 m from the accommodation. A very romantic 🥰 and exceptionally clean place 🩵

The location could not have been better for visiting Bagnoregio which was just steps away. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the views superb. Best of all the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Great location & nice view

+ Unique location in front of the magical Civita, just before the bridge. Seems to be the only place where you can see it from your room (mine had a balcony). Other hotels are either in the main part of Bagnoregio (you need to walk then) or in Civita itself. Also close to the main viewing point. + The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed has a good mattress and pillows. The balcony is wonderful! Sitting on it after the sunset watching Civita and a full moon (I was lucky to come on the right day), listening to the silence around is precious! + Worth the money you pay. + Highly recommended!

The location is at the beginning of the bridge, which is the place that has the best view and at the same time no need to carry our luggages up the steep bridge. The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!

The view is absolutely stunning you couldn't get a better spot. Everything was excellent definitely worth the short drive from Orvieto. Hosts were amazing making sure everything was catered for would definitely recommend.

Run, don't walk to stay here. There is no better place to stay in this amazing place. First is the location, you have a view of the Civita right from the terrace. You are meters from the walkway to the city and the bridge staff will wave you through as the entrance to the town is included in your stay. You have three parking options essentially, one that is not too far on foot, the other a stone throw away from the front door. I'd recommend paying the extra to stay in the private spot, it is tight but being so close is great. They also take care of the ZTL registration for you as well. Next is all the staff we had interactions with. They were all so nice, happy to help and had all the best advice about your stay. The soaps they provide are amazing, I wish we had more budget and case space to take some with us. Their shop is beautiful as well. Just walking the Civata at sunset is one of the most magical places I have been on earth. The town on the mainland was also nice, the first restaurant down the road from the room was amazing, some of the best food I have had across 13 regions in Italy. The room itself was great too, it is bigger than the pictures lead on, the bathroom is well designed and spaced out, the best in all of our travels. It is amazing how just a well thought out shower space can make your stay so much more comfortable. It was nice to have access to a kitchenette in the common dining room which is not awkward at all. We received a package of delicious bakery fresh italian style breakfast items delivered first thing. So happy with ou stay.
