“Great value hotel, would go there again.”

The location of the hotel was good - very easy walking distance to the town, but fairly quiet. Easy parking on the road outside. Our room was of an older style, but perfect for our needs. The view from our balcony was lovely.

Car park is a little way from the hotel with luggage to carry as it hard to find parking at the entrance on the road.

Excellent location. But, Bed was so small we had to sleep on our sides. NO PARKING ! Advertised as having parking but you have to hope to find a space along the road. The shower room was dated and had filthy grouting, we won't stay here again.

The food was fantastic the welcome was amazing. Madame Luce was smiling and nothing was too much trouble for her, The room and the whole hotel is very well maintained and was an amazing stay and I will definitely stay agin I hope. I have absolutely zero hesitation in recomending the hotel. Merci beaucoup. a Luce and her Team.

Location was very good. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Portions were small (nouveau cuisine) but tasty.

Location excellent. Breakfast ok. Except No croissants. Breakfast staff not very helpful Dinner good. Floors needed cleaning, I had to ask to have my room cleaned. A positive help in that a staff member helped me with moving my car nearer to hotel. Although advertised there is no parking facilities. Asked to use the pool. Rather scruffy area. Overall expensive for a poor hotel

“Friendly well-run family hotel in a great location”

Very welcoming of my dog- not just tolerated, but welcome. Staff were all very friendly, every one of them and you feel that they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. Good restaurant. As a solo traveler I also appreciated being given a nice table for dinner next to the window (often when you’re on your own, they stick you on the worst table). It was great to have a relaxing swim in the pool after a day driving. Lovely belle epoque town too, with good walks. Parking also very convenient. It was a nice discovery for a stopover and I will go there again.

Location great. Staff very nice. Pool was very small but very welcome on a hot day. Proximity to town was great with parking on street in front of hotel and car park at the back.Quite quirky and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very good. The location was also good. We were only there for 1 night as we were travelling to Caen.
