The hotel was unique, a bizarre mix of decor but it made it interesting in a way! The room was modern and comfortable and I most liked the thermal spa pool

“Good for Wellness. Not if you want a nice hotel stay.”
The suite was clean. The bed was nice and firm. Breakfast and breakfast room were nice. Short walking distance to town centre. Safe parking.

Paid for kid during the stay, but the Bathrobe is for rental. Was not understandable. The room 111 was full of smell when we entered....and was not properly cleaned. The telephone system was terrible, I called the reception but the restaurant call me insisted telling me I called them, infact I called only the reception... I don't want to explain more... Just hanged up... Ciao .... The bed added for the kid was broken... I fixed by myself. When check out, the personale at the reception was commenting my spoken language in front of me... In Italian...well.. io capisco italiano... This is my 4th time visit this terme, before all good, but this time I will give a negative comment....
