This villa is truly incredible and breathtaking. Set upon a Tuscan hill top, the views from the whole property are fantastic. The villa is big and spacious and well stocked with everything you could ever need. All the rooms have en suites and tea making facilities. The decor felt expensive and well cared for. Only a 15 minute drive from Florence it is the perfect balance between quiet and accessible. Definitely stay if you are considering it! We had a private chef come to cook us dinner, there is a spare catering kitchen in the basement for chefs. Everything is well thought of. Plenty of space outdoors and indoors for all guests to sit / eat and enjoy.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Sitting by the pool with a refreshing glass of Chardonnay in the late Tuscan sun is as close to perfection that you can get

“Weather made the stay less comfortable than we would have hoped”

Pleasant small hotel on the ouskirts of Florence / Firenze. Unfortunately the weather was terrible: torrential rain, permanently overcast and not very warm. We asked if the heating in our room might be turned on - it being October but that was a hard "no". Instead we were given an extra blanket... Hmmm. Also asked if we could find some way of drying our very wet shoes. Again "no". Room and bathroom were a good size, albeit quite dated. Breakfast was good and staff were always very pleasant and welcoming. Just a shame that the stuff that mattered was not possible to accommodate, not least as the hotel really wasn't busy.

The suit very comfortable. The stuff, especially George, tool care for the guests, advised and recommended good restaurant and places around. I strongly recommend this villa for staying in Tuscany.

“Exclusive way to spend your holiday in Tuscany”

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa is a bit secluded which gives it a very exclusive flair. Florence is easily reachable by car within 20 minutes. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique furniture yet you have all the modern necessities like USB ports by the bedside. The pool is beautiful with cool water, even though we stayed during a heatwave. We can’t say enough good things about the staff - they were super friendly and always helpful.

It’s such a beautiful location and lovely quiet pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and always on hand to give recommendations and help with bookings. The room was very comfortable and there was a very good quality travel cot for my son. Overall I’d really recommend this for couples or families and will definitely stay again if we’re ever in Tuscany.

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms and incredibly accommodating staff who couldn’t do enough for us. George and team were very attentive and were very helpful to us and our friends (travelling with a 10 month baby). Easy walk into the village down a garden path. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place and outstanding staff. Very well kept, really nice garden with a pool where you can lie in the sun and relax in a beautiful environment. The rooms are very large and clean, and the breakfast is of very good quality. The staff is very nice and always willing to help with recommendations, coffee etc. I definitely recommend this place.

Everything about this villa made for the perfect escape in the Tuscan hills but still close to Florence. The staff were extremely kind and helpful - especially George who went out of his way to make my stay wonderful.

The setting and location of the villa is away from the noise of the city but close enough to get there in 15 min by car. The staff are all friendly and engaging from the start to the end. A very complete and fulsome breakfast the next morning with a good variety of sweet and salty. The suite was beautiful and tastfully done and strong wifi!

Everything. It really is a special hotel that transports you to another era. It is undoubtedly one of the most special places we have stayed. The staff, the service, the place, everything was excellent.

The Villa is absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained. Its location in the hills gives you gorgeous views from all sides and the interior architecture, decor and historical artifacts are beautiful. It felt like a private residence most of the time because it wasn't so busy which was very nice. The staff were all so lovely, professional and very helpful.

Good location - 10 min. by car to Florence city center. Convenient access to the highway enables a lot of possible trips through Tuscany. Great, picturesque facility and hospitality of owners. If You search for high quality stay in a quiet area this one is really cool.
