Beautiful countryside and the surroundings, which were very calm and relaxing. The jacuzzi in the courtyard was amazing, and the rooms were spacious enough and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the quantity truly represents Italy. The host was very welcoming.

Well maintained and excellent views of Tuscan hills. Gracious host, who is very attentive and available for the guests, making the stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast was freshly prepared with good options, parking was easy outside the building. 18 minutes drive to the historic center so can avoid the restricted parking/zones.

Everything. The location is superb, the views were stunning, the self-check-in worked flawlessly and when I needed help with the airco, Tommaso, the owner answered within 5 minutes. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, and it is not far from the lodging into Florence (apparently - I did not try). There was a VERY warm welcome for my dog. Breakfast was served by the owner himself, and he was more than friendly with very good English. I have travelled extensively and this find was really exceptional. Bravo!

Very friendly staff, a huge garden with a jacuzzi, delicious breakfasts, and wonderful dogs (greetings to Greta). Close to Florence – easy access by car and good parking availability. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Quiet area, perfect for relaxing.

Every corner of the building radiates that authentic Florentine vibe — truly breathtaking. Everything was spotless and extra clean, the atmosphere was cosy and relaxing, and the garden added a beautiful touch of serenity. Breakfast was superb — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. If we could give it a 12 out of 10, we would. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence!
