We really enjoyed the magnificent view, and Eugenio was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were spacious .We also had a homemade dinner at the property, which was absolutely perfect.

I loved the fact it was an old working olive farm. It was very pretty with lots of traditional features. The option to have home cooked meals was wonderful we dined here twice. The staff were so friendly and accommodating with everything we needed. The buses do need to be thought through every day if you want to do public transport but we managed

Our host Eugenio was wonderful! A reliable contact and a very friendly host who provided the most excellent meal on our first night. He helped us book taxi's to a wedding we were attending and provided us with lots of extra details. The rooms were fantastic, exceptionally clean and spacious. The 40 or so acres that make up the Villa are beautiful and on a sunny day, it makes a fine stroll. I would happily stay here again if I come back to Florence without hesitation. “Perfect stay”

We we met with such a warm welcome, the view from the property is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. Although the bathroom is shared, we didn’t see anyone else and it was very clean also. The host even bought me gluten free breakfast!!

Eugenio was a wonderful host, pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Even though we were there during a heatwave and there is no airconditioner, it was rather cool with the use of a fan. The dinner and wine were nice, even though the dessert was a bit disappointing, just a few crisps.

Very nice and original place to stay in Toscana. The owner is very friendly and the dinner was a delicious experience! Very recommended!

“Chill and pleasant stay in a historic Italian farm-house”

We came across and old but very well preserved and confortable property. We had a warm welcome from Eugenio. The communication was excellent the whole time. Also he and his father cooked us a 3-steps italian dinner. Was delicious! Also 5 min walking from the property you would find a lookout to spot Florence👌🏼. We highly recommend this place to stay chill and disconnect a bit from the big cities.

“Nice relaxing stay”

Good location for nephew's wedding, shared bathroom with family members so that was okay, nice bench outside to sit and look at the scenery. Dinner was good value for money on the night we requested.

The location was handy for the wedding we attended. You need a car to explore the area though other guests managed with bus service. We had double room that shared a shower room with twin room next door, occupied by my sister-in-law, so that worked well. We had dinner one night and it was tasty with local products, though heavy on meat.

Eugenio was so nice. The communication was fabulous. We had a nice breakfast with cakes, toast, cereal, and yoghurt. The farmhouse was perfect, absolutely stunning, and the rooms were large and comfortable with a beautiful view out every window. We took a walk to the back of the vineyard where you could see Florence in the valley below....so beautiful. It was easy and fast to get into florence. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our stay, owners were lovely, villa is beautiful. We enjoyed dinner there 3 nights of our 5 night stay and they were happy to cater for vegetarians. We didn't have a car and caught the bus into Florence a few days, bus was close, not super frequent but manageable. We had a medium sized suitcase which we hauled up the rocky driveway the villa (we knew that was coming and were happy to give it a go!).

We had a great stay, Eugenio is such a nice person and the typical dinner was a good surprise to us.

The place is amazing and very beautiful! It was a pleasure to stay there. It really is the experience you want to have in Tuscany! The host is very polite and supportive. It was really easy and efficient to get in contact. Overall, the experience is better than any expectations!
