This is a really nice place. The owners are really nice. The bedroom is huge and the bed is really comfortable. the place i in the Campan village next to the church. This place to park the car in front of the house.

“A perfect stay!”
For us as a group of 7 bikers it was a perfect stay! The house is lovely renovated, the hosts are helpful and kind, the rooms are very clean. The dinner made by the family was exceptional, also the breakfast. A good recommendation.

“Comfortable stay with lovely hosts in a beautiful house”
We had a wonderful stay at Maison d'hôtes Le Couvent for 3 nights. The room was spacious with a high ceiling, large windows, a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The private parking in the yard was convenient. Paola and Lucien were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful also with our arrival late in the evening. They arranged different local foods for breakfast every day, and it was a pleasure to join the home-cooked dinner with them and other guests one evening. The location was convenient for visiting the Pyrénées and for a roadbiking tour on Tourmalet. For restaurants, we got an excellent recommendation in Bagnères-de-Bigorre (Assiette de Juliette).

“Sometimes you find a real gem”
Everything is amazing the room we were in on the 2nd floor was huge and had a high ceiling. Plenty is space for us and a nice big bathroom with a fantastic shower ideal after long days cycling. There is also a pool outside though we didn’t get a lot of chance to try it due to the weather not being as it normally would be in July. Paola and her husband are fantastic hosts as well, nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had an excellent stay in the Maison d'hôtes Le Couvent in which we had spent two nights. It is an ideal base for visiting the Pyrénées. The room was very large and very special has a modern bathroom with an excellent shower and a double large bed. The room is bright due to the large windows and has a nice hill view. There is a convenient parking lot inside the building yard. Paola and Lucien are excellent & generous hosts, very warm and friendly and do their best to assist. They are excellent cooks and we enjoyed very good food in breakfasts and also an excellent dinner. We enjoyed very much the dinner and mornings breakfasts around the dining table with Paola, Lucien and the other very friendly and interesting guests. We cordially thank Paola & Lucien!

“Living like God in France”
The location Maison d'hôtes Le Couvent is an ideal base for exploring the Hautes-Pyrénées (Pic du Midi, Col du Tourmalet, Cirque de Gavarnie, Lourdes and much more). The house has recently been completely renovated without losing its original charm. Floors, doors and many other elements of the interior have been carefully refurbished. The very spacious room has a modern bathroom with an excellent shower and a double bed that is large by French standards with a very good mattress. The room is pleasantly bright due to the large windows. Paola and Lucien are very attentive and friendly hosts and excellent cooks. So, you should not miss the optional dinner with lovingly prepared dishes of the regional cuisine. We really enjoyed the evenings in cosy, entertaining company around the dining table with Paola, Lucien and the other guests. The breakfast was also rich and varied. There are good walking guides available for planning things to do in the region. We felt very comfortable at Maison d'hôtes Le Couvent and recommend it without reservation.
