The view is absolutely stunning, pictures do not do this place justice. The sunsets that you can see from the balcony/pool are incredible. The location is very walkable to Aspra village (10 mins), and Palermo/Bagheria are a drive away which themselves are also very connected by train to other areas if you want to explore more. If you don't want to explore Sicily more, Aspra has everything you need - a Conad supermarket, local restaurants, incredible gelato, and beaches. Its a great place if you want some secluded romance (that view!) or even a more chilled holiday with kids since you have shared access to the pool with other apartments in the villa (4 total). The host is so lovely, offering local recommendations, tips, and a local taxi service to us too. Thank you Enrico for making our trip so enjoyable!

“Picturesque and very relaxing stay.”

Gorgeous villa. Exceeded my expectations. Surrounding area is so picturesque. Property is clean and comfortable. We were able to cook as kitchen has everything we needed. Bed was so comfortable so able to get a good night sleep. Bathroom was clean, no weird smell. Host was friendly and available via WhatsApp for any queries. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to have a rest even in February. Personal access to sea. Great sea view. Close to Aspra but distant enough to enjoy quiet atmosphere. Best ever host Enrico who will help you with anything you need.

Absolutely amazing views! The apartment is on the hill with seaview from all the windows, and amazing, amazing view from the terrace. You can see Palermo on the opposite side of the bay. Bring binoculars to observe ships/ferries/boats etc. There is a swimming pool and lots of places for sunbathing. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board. Beautiful surroundings with lots of plants. There is a small parking, for 3 small cars with quite a steep entrance way. We were there alone with a Fiat 500 so it was ideal for us. Otherwise might be difficult to manouver, but you can park on the roads outside. Car is recommended, although Aspra village is a walking distance, with some bars, shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. Very close to Bagheria with a train station. There is a small beach nearby - Sarello, which we attended. There are tons of things to do and see in the area. The apartment itself is a bit outdated, there could be more utilities in the kitchen (like a decent knife). But the surroundings and most importantly the view make up for it for sure. There is an easy/clear system for sorting and disposing of rubbish, which in Sicily is a great plus.

The view from the apartment was overwhelming. Only 5 minutes by car to the train station from where you get in 15 minutes to Palermo main station.

The location walking to the water. The views off the veranda was beautiful. The kitchen had an adequate amount of utensils. Close to Aspra where you could had restaurants and some stores.

“Beautiful , secluded apartment”

We arrived at night and were met by the beautiful lit up pool and view of the bay. The view that met us in the morning was spectacular! Loved: - the pool. Had enough beach beds for the 3 apartments that were occupied - the terrace at the apartment where we could enjoy our meals with an amazing view - the privacy the appartment afforded - the secure parking that fit 3 cars and remote controlled gate - waking up to the view from the main bedroom window over the bay - provided coffee, sugar and basic cooking ingredients as well as utensils. - good spot to explore the Bagheria and Palermo region by car

“Good View, Facilities not great”

The view is stunning. looking over the bay to the mountains and watching the sun set. Bedrooms were a decent size and private bathrooms were ok.

“Just for the view”

The apartment is big and clean. There is an airco in both of the rooms. There were two bathrooms. I really like the shower, spacious and good stream of water. It was a pleasure to shower after a long day. The kitchen is good equipped. The plants around the complex are beautiful, there are plenty of small lizards walking around, the stairs down to the sea, the sunsets, the view on blue water, sailing ships, just amazing. You definitely pay fort he view here. You can walk to Apra town, it is just few minutes walk. There you have a Conad supermarket, few restaurants, a bakery. In the morning a fisherman sells fresh fish. I recommend Pese Brillo restaurant for very nice fish, according to us the best one in Aspra. In the evening there is a small market with toys, jewellery, fruits and sweets. Nice to visit.

Very nice villa with exceptional views, we really enjoyed watching sunset every evening from our terrace. Apartment itself equiped with everything you need, very comfortable beds in bedrooms, kitchen suitable for cooking with dishwasher and all tableware provided. There is an entrance to the sea (rocks) and we enjoyed swimming there when sea was calm, it felt like a private beach with no one around for couple of hundred meters. Also we liked spending time by the pool, we really appreciated having both pool and sea on site. Aspra center is easily accessible by foot and we liked going there for some cocktails in a bar named Tyche. Also the owner was very nice to us, gave many recommendations about arriving and restaurants nearby. We would love to come back as this was truly exceptional place with magical sea views!
