Definitely there were couple of great assets to this apartment. First was the location - just by the sea with the access to the private “beach”. There was a beautiful view out of the window. It’s also great there was parking in front of the gate and cameras at the entrance - you could feel safe there. Also the communication with the owner was super effective, she was very helpful and responsive.
