Perfect Location! Excellent food! Compliments again to that Chef! Spa Ladies you know how to pamper Guests! Chalet no.17 is the best! O&L Group took over and there’s huge difference in Decor and Appliances in and around the Premises!

“Top lodge”

Nice rooms, great food and top educated staff. We also liked the fact that most of them were locals. We did a very good private boat trip ( captain was great). But we also want to mention Dieter who did the game drive. Although it was not the big five event it was a 10 of 10. Learned a lot, very relaxed.

I booked one night at this hotel for my guests. An invoice for the deposit was sent to my email address and i paid it. Then they sent additional invoices for payment, which I paid in a rush (this was my mistake, as I didn’t check them carefully). After that, they sent yet another invoice. When I finally reviewed everything, I realized they were trying to charge me twice the originally agreed amount, and by that time I had already paid more than required. I contacted the management about this issue, and they promised to refund the overpaid amount. Since then, no refund has been issued. I wrote to them again — they said they would get back to me. I wrote again a week ago and received no response at all. Do not book anything here — this is a scam. UPDATE: After I published this review, they finally bothered to contact me. You’ll laugh, but they found a transaction for a different payment for another hotel that I had also booked LE MIRAGE, and told me that I now owe them money, because that payment was lower than the booking for this hotel DIVAVA. I had to write to them again and send all payment confirmations for both hotels, because apparently they can’t understand which payments correspond to which hotel. This is already the fifth time I’ve sent the payment confirmations. Let’s see what they reply now.

Our stay at Divava Lodge on the Kavango River for New Year's Eve was absolutely unforgettable! The stunning fireworks display over the river was a spectacular way to ring in the new year. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to start the day. Dinner was a true highlight, with a fantastic selection of mouthwatering dishes that showcased the best local flavors. The serene setting and top-notch service made this an incredible experience that I won't soon forget. Highly recommended!
