Hi Booking.com , Sir /madam , I have face a cancellation on my booking and not been told or refunded have been made , the residents of the property have not information on this property , The person in charge of the president as not attending my call and don't want to pay me back , I was stranded at the hotel with two children's and my wife , waited for the property person to come but he never turn over till 4 , pm , Hotel is not taking any responsibility for our booking .
