What stood out the most during my stay was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the entire staff. Every member, from the management to the service team, displayed a level of sincerity that is often rare to find. They were not just employees; they became like family during my time there. This personalized touch made my stay all the more memorable. A special shout-out goes to the General Manager, Mr. Roland McKenzie, whose leadership clearly set the tone for the exceptional service provided. The resort boasts the best food I have ever encountered at any resort. The variety of dishes offered was not only impressive but also catered to diverse palates. The staff at this hotel were amazing. Every request regardless of how small or large was dealt with immediately. The customer service is second to none. The location was convenient to get to Baja and further north to Anjuna.
