“Excellent staff and a hotel with great potential”
The staff could not do enough for you. They were absolutely wonderful and their attentiveness to you was quite something. We ate at the hotel and the portions were very generous and the quality excellent. It was a bit restrictive for vegetarians and there was a lack of Sri Lankan dishes which was strange. Breakfast was delicious (if you had Sri Lankan).

Location was great just 15 min walk to bus station but on a quiet street..Hotel was super clean and comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular Anton ( reception) and Casir ( house keeping) who both were so helpful in helping me arrange a day trip and also my onward travel. The food at the hotel was excellent with a large varied menu.

“Best hotel in Badulla!”
Clean room provided with tea, coffee, kettle and a TV. Amazing views to the mountain. Shower with good pressure and bathroom provided with amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast with many choices, I also had dinner there in the rooftop terrace and I was positively surprised by the good quality! Warm and professional staff, special thanks to the reception team!

“Great value for money option in Badulla”
One of the better hotels in Badulla. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel also has one of the better restaurants in town, which makes room service a really convenient option. For the price, it offers great value, and I’d happily stay here again.

“Extremely Happy 😊”
We booked our stay for one night but extended our stay for another night. Our 2nd night was in a more spacious room and we were very comfortable and happy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was tasty and presented very well. The hotel is clean and the mountain view was something scenic to view. My sister and I highly recommend this hotel to our friends abroad. In the future l plan to bring my son's family for a holiday to this hotel.

The hotel is excellent. Room was huge and clean, very good equipped. Staff very kind and helpful. The Hotel is near to the shops, restaurants. If you want to see the temple is best to take a tuk tuk.

“Lovely hotel in Badulla who are very customer orientated”
We loved the rooftop restaurant where you could have breakfast and dinner The room was really comfortable with a great balcony looking over to the hills. Very helpful staff with suggestions about what to do and see.

“Overall a very good place for a short stay”
Great location. Closer to the city but more secluded. Staff very friendly and happy to assist. We had issues with the kettle but it was sorted out in no time.

The best in this hotel is the staff, make your stay really comfortable. Very clean. Good breakfast. Tip, visit Badulla water fall. No tourists.

We spend 2 days here in Badulla and the team of the Crown regency is very friendly, professional and helpfull.They picked us from the Railwaystation and were every time very attentive. For example our waiter recognize that I can't eat to spicy so he payed attention that every dinner is less spicy. The rooms are very nice furnished ,clean and air conditioned. All in all the hotel is very clean and well kept. We would come here again- keep it up!👌😊 Thank you very much for our pleasant stay🙏 Ronnie & Sabine
