We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to the thermal town in Germany. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel extremely welcome—our front office manager in particular was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was very large and comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, including great cappuccino. We also greatly appreciated the convenience of free parking right in front of the hotel. Overall, this hotel provided everything we could have hoped for: excellent service, a lovely room, a great breakfast, and thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for one night when travelling back from Italy to NL. It was out of season and so the hotel was very quiet - together with one other guest, we may have had the hotel to ourselves! However, check-in was smooth, the room very clean and we had a good night's sleep. In the morning, a delicous buffet breakfast was set out as it would have been for a full hotel :)
