Amazing hotel. The room was as you would expect for this level of hotel, the bed however was above that to arguably the comfiest we have ever slept in, especially the pillows. Facilities were great, spa and wimming pool were a delight after wondering around Baden-Baden in the summer heat. All staff were friendly and reception were very helpful, especially with booking taxis to and from the airport and being able to switch to english when my German ability was reached. Would stay again

“Maison Messmer is mesmerizing !”
The hotel is centrally located but on a side and quiet street and my room has a wonderful view of the old castle . Breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of high quality and delicious food and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. My room was a successful mix of classic and modern style , large and really bright. The SPA area is extremely well organized and the access is done by a special elevator.

This is a true classic hotel with superb staff who are all focussed on service. Spotlessly clean everywhere, the room was large, very comfortable, and everything we wanted was provided. The Hotel is right in the middle of the town, within really easy walking of everything

Fabulous hotel next to the casino, and within seconds’ walk of the central area. All the staff were friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. Amazing breakfast and convenient parking garage underneath.
